The POA's main responsibility is for two guardhouses, access control for all community members, golf club members and guests. In addition, the POA is responsible for areas of landscaping and maintenance of exterior walls. Eyes from around the world were on Mission Hills last week as the LPGA's first major was held there - the ANA Inspiration (formerly The Kraft Nabisco and Dinah Shore Tournament).
Clancy Lane South is a private community located within the Clancy Lane area of Rancho Mirage, CA. Originally established in the late 1970's, Clancy Lane South consists of 35 single family homes. Each member's assessment covers management of the community and maintenance of the gates, streets, some landscaping and the Hope Equestrian Center which also includes two tennis courts.
Kingston Court is a quiet community of 63 single family homes located in Palm Desert, CA. The Association is governed by a three member board of directors who meet 4-6 times each year, and hold an annual meeting of the membership each spring. The monthly assessment of each member covers association responsibilities including management of the community, pest control, maintaining a small amount of landscaping and monitoring CC&R compliance.
